Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Celesto Voltra ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the celestovoltraarisb.media website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Culinary Kit Subscriptions

Subscription Terms

Our culinary kits are available through monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled
• Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our culinary kits across Canada according to the following terms:

• Shipping schedules are based on your geographic location
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

Payment Terms

All payments for our services are subject to the following terms:

• Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Payment is due at the time of order or subscription renewal
• We accept major credit cards and other designated payment methods
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our culinary ingredients, we have the following return and refund policy:

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• We may require photographic evidence of damaged products
• Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion
• Subscription cancellations do not qualify for refunds of already shipped kits
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Celesto Voltra, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.
